Fishing Report 6-23-2013

I had Frank and his son Luke, Dave and Rich come from NY for 2 days of fishing. Sat the weather was a complete blow out due to the low pressure that never moved off as forecasted. Started offshore Sun with 2 live wells full of fresh pogies to feed the pets. As soon as we stopped the boat and shut down the motors it was on. Luke had the 1st bait in the water and never stopped all day. We lost track of how many fish he landed but he was a machine from beginning to end (it is great to be young and full of energy). Dave and Rich jumped in on the action and we had as many fish as you wanted most of the morning. The bite slowed in the middle of the day (full moon) and we worked other areas looking for other species. Later in the afternoon the AJs fired up and we emptied the last of the live bait with Luke still fishing at the end of the day. Sorry not a lot of pictures I was a little too busy.
