Had Ken, Frank, John and Frank #2 come down for 2 days of jigging from www.bookfishingtrips.com. It was great to have 3 brand new anglers to NC who have heard the stories about the jigging but were non-believers. It didn’t take long 1st drift and 1st drop and Frank was on and others followed quickly. The AJs were no the monsters but made up for it with attitude. We had constant action and with in 1 hour the guys couldn’t believe they had only been fishing for 1 hour. John had the Cobia touch landed his 1st Cobia which weighed 56 lbs. He also caught another 20 lber. The Barracudas were tough on the tackle taking a lot of jigs. The afternoon bite was outstanding with multiple hook ups every drift until the guys were done.
