Today was the 1st trip of the season with Jonathan and the guys from bookfishingtrips.com and what a start. Jon, Peter, Ken brought down 2 new angles and I think they are hooked. The weather was OK with a big swell but still ran 35 mph all the way out. It didn’t take long and the action started on the 1st drift until the last. I tried to keep count and gave up after the 1st hour with 25 fish released. Then we found the Cobia 7 total most were 35 lbs and the largest weighed 65 lbs at the dock. We had large sharks and found some 53 inch fat AJs. Tried to find the tuna in the deep but no takers. The guys were worn out and ready for the rest in the bean bags coming in.
